Office Home And Student 2007 Installieren
My Windows crashed in 11/2015. After months and excruciating hours speaking to limited English speaking technicians in India, with no results, I took my computer into a Microsoft shop, where it was necessary to install a whole new difficult drive, with the original Vista OS. Unfortunately, the store technicians were unable to reinstall the original Microsoft Home & Pupil 2007 and I take no program.
The reckoner was purchased at Best Buy (CA) in June, 2008 with the program installed. I no longer accept the disk or the Product Key and - after spending $149 for the "Work & Play" service package and another $sixty for the new difficult bulldoze (on an quondam estimator which I had planned to replace in June, this year). I hope I do not have to buy another Home & Student, 2007 program over again. Is it possible for me to receive a replacement installation disk and product fundamental? Although the offer was not made, (& I wasn't aware of the problem at the time) can the Microsoft retail shop - which repaired my estimator - replenish me with those items without charge?
I have all the documentation which confirms the repairs and my business relationship should have a lengthy record of my futile telephone contacts with Microsoft, Mumbai !!

To obtain a replacement from MS requires that you have the physical proof of purchase, ie the original receipt

I no longer have the original receipt from Best Purchase. I did write down the Product Key for Office - Home & Student 2007, however, it no longer works?! I do have the production keys for Vista and Microsoft, if I tin employ those to download Office?

LibreOffice is a free alternative to MS Role. It has equivalent programs and many simply not all of the same features. For people who tin't afford MS Office, it is a skillful culling. Information technology is also often useful for fixing problems with certificate corruption in Function. It will sometimes be able to open up a file that the Office application tin can't. Open and FIX the code error that is preventing it from being opened in Office!

Alvin: Y'all misunderstood my last email: The product key which came with my Role - Abode & Student 2007 (which was installed on my computer at the fourth dimension of purchase) DOES Not Work - it consists only of twenty numbers only. Information technology is evidently wrong and, perhaps, I wrote down the wrong numbers at that time!
I cannot, therefore, re-install the program and am requesting some solution from Microsoft which will let me to to exercise and then, without having to purchase (again!) the Office program.
When I purchased the Piece of work & Play Bundle in November, 2015, they offered me Part 365, all the same, information technology is non uniform with Windows Vista, which is my operating system. When your technicians installed a new hard drive, I was left with no Office/Word programme!
Help!!!

We on this forum, and me specifically, are not "Microsoft". Microsoft does not pay much attending hither.
Since a MS Store fluffed up your computer and copy of Role, the only place you tin get satisfaction is from the store manager.
Office Product Keys are e'er 25 characters, typically written by MS in five groups of 5 char. Sounds similar you lost one whole group (first or last).
